Goiás não tem mais leitos de UTI para o tratamento de Covid-19. De acordo com informações da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (SES), a taxa de ocupação dos leitos públicos e privados estado chegou a 100,44% neste sábado. Com relação aos leitos de enfermaria, a taxa de ocupação é de 77,88%.
Ainda de acordo com a pasta, o percentual diz respeito aos leitos das redes pública e privada somadas. O percentual de leitos supera os 100% quando, além de todos os leitos estarem ocupados, há pessoas na fila de espera.
A superlotação acontece na véspera do anúncio de mais um decreto com medidas restritivas de combate à pandemia. Neste sábado, prefeitos da região metropolitana de Goiânia se reuniram de forma virtual para discutir o problema.
Na ocasião, o prefeito de Goiânia, Rogério Cruz (Republicanos), afirmou que irá acompanhar as determinações do governo do estado na íntegra e prorrogar as restrições por mais 14 dias.
Neste sábado, Goiás chegou a 432.878 casos e 9.537 mortes por Covid-19. Nas últimas 24 horas, foram registrados 2.501 novos casos e 65 óbitos.
